Best Practice - Create Browser Profiles
As a best practice for managing your Tallyfor account login (and for SaaS tools in general that use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge Sign In) we recommend creating a profile for your work email and a separate profile for your personal or any other emails that you use. Creating different Chrome and Microsoft Edge profiles lets you switch between different accounts, such as your work account and personal or other emails without signing out each time.

Chrome Sign In Troubleshooting
1. Logout of any other google accounts.
If you use Google Chrome Sign In to login to your Tallyfor account, you need to be logged in to the google account that has your Tallyfor login associated (usually a work email) in order to be able to successfully login. Be sure that you are logged out of any personal or other google accounts before you login to Tallyfor at app.tallyfor.com.
2. Delete Site Cookies
If you encounter difficulties logging in after you log out of any other accounts, you may need to also delete Tallyfor.com "cookies" before you can login. (See below screenshot how to do this).
After deleting the Tallyfor.com "cookies", the popup login window should appear and there should be "login with another account" button or you can type in the full work email address that is associated with your Tallyfor account to login.
3. Try Incognito Chrome Browser Window
If you are still having trouble logging in, you may need to try to signing in using an Incognito browser window in Chrome.
