No Xero org picker or if the wrong Xero org loads into Tallyfor.
If you have Standard or Advisor access to only one. (1) Xero org, upon Connecting to Xero, you will not be presented with an org list picker.
The single org you have access to will be loaded into Tallyfor.
Check with the Xero org owner to make sure you proper access (Standard or Advisor) to the Xero org.
