Connected Storage (Google Drive and Dropbox)

Route finalized documents to your firm's cloud storage and attach files directly into workpapers.

Tallyfor connects to the cloud storage your firm already uses. Once connected, finalized documents are automatically routed to your cloud storage, and you can attach files from it directly into workpapers.

Available providers

  • Google Drive — Google Workspace file storage

  • Dropbox — cloud storage and file sharing

  • OneDrive and SharePoint — coming soon

One provider per firm: select the cloud storage your organization uses — all documents will be routed there.

Getting started

  1. An administrator opens Integrations → Connected Storage, selects the firm's storage provider, and clicks Configure.

  2. Authorize Tallyfor to access your storage via OAuth 2.0.

  3. Once active, finalized documents are automatically routed to your cloud storage.

  4. Attach files from your cloud storage directly into workpapers.

Troubleshooting

Wrong account connected? Disconnect the provider and reconfigure with the correct account.

Can't see a shared drive or folder? Make sure the authorized account has access to it — Tallyfor can only see what that account can see.
