How Tallyfor pricing works
Tallyfor is priced per binder. A binder is one client plus one year — if you make multiple versions of a binder under the same client and year, you're only charged for the first version.
The base plan
$1,000 per year, which includes 25 binders — that's $40 per binder.
Unlimited users — there are no per-seat licenses. Add your whole team at no extra cost.
No multi-year contracts. You can cancel any time (see How to Cancel Your Subscription).
The prices below went into effect on September 17, 2026.
Volume pricing
Binders are bought in increments of 5, starting at 25.
25–99 binders → $40 each
100–299 binders → $36 each
300–499 binders → $32 each
500–749 binders → $28 each
750–999 binders → $24 each
1,000+ binders → $20 each
The rate applies to every binder on your subscription, not just the ones past the break — so 300 binders is $32 each, or $9,600 for the year.
