How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel any time. Here's exactly how, what happens next, and what happens to your data.

You can cancel your Tallyfor subscription at any time. There are no multi-year contracts.

How to cancel

  1. Message us here in the chat — say "I want to cancel my subscription" and ask for a human — or email [email protected] from the email address on your account.

  2. We'll make sure that you have the opportunity to use any remaining binders before your subscription is formally cancelled and your account data is deleted.

  3. A teammate will confirm your cancellation and tell you the effective date. You do not need to send a formal letter or use any special notification method.

  4. Once confirmed, your subscription will not renew.

Your data stays yours

You can export your trial balances, workpapers, and reports for your records. We will work with you to make sure you have time to retrieve this data.
