Can't See All Clients or Issues with QBO Login
If when connecting to Quick Books Online, you can't see all clients or there are issues with the login name being displayed, you may need to clear the cache files of your browser.
To resolve:
1) Clear your browser cache as intuit instructs below:

2) Close your browser and shut down computer
3) Reboot your computer and open up your browser again and reconnect
This should solve the issue and get you up and running!
