How to Get the Right Sage 50 Reports

You can import Sage 50 Excel Trial Balances into Tallyfor.

First, Export 2 reports as Excel.Tallyfor requires a pair of reports, 1) The "General Ledger Trial Balance" and 2) the "Chart of Accounts" report.

The General Ledger Trial Balance should have a header with Account ID, Account Description, Debit Amt and Credit Amt.

The Chart of Accounts should have a header with Account ID, Account Description, Active? and Account Type.
